Nicole joined the Urban Alliance team in September 2015 with an instinctive desire to serve others wherever they are at in life. She says, “I work here because I see individuals who have lost hope in themselves and in their future. By building relationships and continuously speaking value through my words and actions, I am able to walk alongside individuals as they regain hope and journey on their path of transformation. Nicole shares that it is a privilege for her to play a small role in the transformation that is taking place in our community. She says, “Urban Alliance is a part of a bigger picture and plays an important role in the evolution of how we view individuals, not only in Kalamazoo, but in the state and throughout the nation.
